DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: February 7, 2012
This is an application filed under section 24(6) of the Pay Equity Act (the “Act”). By letter dated February 1, 2012, the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) was advised by counsel for the applicant and counsel for the respondents that these matters have been settled. The parties’ attention is directed to subsection 25.1 of the Act which provides that a settlement is binding and can be the subject of a complaint to the Tribunal if it is not complied with.
Having regard to the settlement the Tribunal’s files are now closed.
