1Counsel for Touchstone Youth Centre has requested an adjournment of the Pre-Hearing Conference scheduled to take place on November 25, 2011. Counsel has obtained the consent of nine of the other parties in these matters. Four of the remaining five parties have not responded to counsel’s request, and counsel was unable to contact one other party.
2In the circumstances, the request to adjourn is granted.
3The Registrar is to reschedule the Pre-Hearing Conference, on December 7 or 8, 2011 if the Board’s hearing schedule allows, otherwise on a later date.
