1. This matter is an application filed by the Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 896 pursuant to section 24(6) of the Pay Equity Act (the “Act”) that was scheduled for a pre-hearing consultation on October 17, 2011. At the pre-hearing consultation, the parties resolved the issues between them by entering into a settlement under section 25.1 of the Act.
