The Tribunal is in receipt of correspondence from counsel for Three Trillium Community Place Inc. asking whether a schedule attached to the Order setting out the names of employees and former employees and the amounts the Review Officer found owing to them is to be included with the Order when it is distributed to existing and former employees. The Tribunal hereby advises that the schedule is to be included with the Order when it is distributed to existing and former employees as per the Tribunal’s direction of February 1, 2011.
