Decision
1. The Tribunal is in receipt of correspondence from the responding party indicating that the parties have retained the services of a mediator to assist them in resolving the issues in dispute in this matter. As a result, the parties request that CANUE be granted a further extension of time for the filing of its application to November 30, 2011.
2. The Tribunal hereby grants CANUE an extension of time to November 30, 2011 in order to file its application.
