By decisions dated April 15, 2011 and April 28, 2011, the Tribunal directed the Applicant, Adeptron Technologies Corporation (the “Employer”), to take certain steps to give notice of this proceeding to its employees and former employees, including mailing, within sixty (60) calendar days of April 28, 2011, a copy of the Notice to Employees to the last known address of each of the affected employees who are no longer employed by the Employer.
Having regard to counsel for the Employer’s correspondence dated June 24, 2011 and June 27, 2011, and in view of the recent postal strike/lockout, the Tribunal consents to the request to extend the deadline for mailing the Notice to former employees until the first day that Canada Post resumes operations, being on June 28, 2011.
