1This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.7 as amended (“the Act”) with respect to an Order of Review Officer Tiziana Isgro (“the Officer”).
2In our decision dated May 4, 2011 we set out various dates for the exchange of submissions between the parties concerning a preliminary motion to be dealt with by the Tribunal at a hearing on August 16, 2011.
3Counsel for the Pay Equity Office advises that the parties may need to deviate from those dates for the exchange of submissions. They are free to do so by agreement.
