DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: December 14, 2010
The Tribunal is in receipt of a further request from the parties seeking to have the hearing dates currently scheduled for March 16 and 17, 2011 moved to April 14 and 15, 2011. The parties further request that the date on which submissions will commence to be filed be changed to January 31, 2011.
The dates set have already been changed once to accommodate the parties. The dates currently set were set at the request of the parties. No reason is given by the parties for the request. In the circumstances the request is denied.
