This is a referral application made under section 24(5) of the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.7, as amended (“the Act”).
The responding party has not filed submissions in response to our decision dated September 30, 2010, and the deadline for doing so has passed.
We find that the responding party has not complied with the Order issued against it under the Act.
2059419 Ontario Inc. is directed to pay to Beverly Pottle by no later than October 15, 2010, the sum of $5,268.35 and interest accruing thereon from March 27, 2008, such interest to be calculated in accordance with the Courts of Justice Act.
