DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: September 20, 2010

1. These matters are applications filed by the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board and by the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation District 12 respectively with the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal (“the Tribunal”).

2. By letter dated September 3, 2010, the Tribunal was advised by counsel for the applicant that these matters have been settled. The parties’ attention is directed to subsection 25.1 of the Act which provides that a settlement is binding and can be the subject of a complaint to the Tribunal if it is not complied with.

3. Having regard to the settlement the Tribunal’s files are now closed.
