This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, in which the applicant objects to a Review Officer’s Order dated July 15, 2008. No response to this application has been filed.
This application was the subject of a Pre-Hearing Conference held December 3, 2009. The applicant was the only party in attendance. The Pre-Hearing Report in the file indicates that the applicant advised the presiding Vice Chair that it would be writing to the Tribunal and seeking an adjournment of this matter. To date, the Tribunal has not received any correspondence from the applicant.
In the circumstances, this application is adjourned sine die until June 30, 2010. Unless a party writes to the Registrar prior to that date seeking to have the Tribunal proceed with the matter, it will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
