1. This matter was scheduled to be heard by the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) on July 22, 2009. On that day, the parties asked to adjourn the hearing in order that they could gather evidence that they wished to place before the Tribunal.
2. This matter is hereby adjourned sine die for a period of time not to exceed six (6) months. Unless within that time either party requests that the Tribunal proceed with the matter, it will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
3. This panel of the Tribunal is seized.
