1This matter is an application that was filed with the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal (the "Tribunal") on March 4, 2009. A pre-hearing conference was held in connection with this matter on July 16, 2009. As set out in the Tribunal's decision of April 22, 2009, the application was filed by Steven Nelson on his own behalf as well as on behalf of a number of other individuals. All of the individuals believed to have interest in the application were provided with notice of the pre-hearing conference.
2On July 16, 2009, Marie Alsop and Gary Lafoy were in attendance at the pre-hearing conference on behalf of the applicant and on their own behalf. Don Pazaratz was in attendance on behalf of the respondent. The individuals in attendance entered into an agreement that this application would be adjourned sine die until December 31, 2009.
3Having regard to the agreement entered into at the pre-hearing conference, this matter is hereby adjourned sine die until December 31, 2009. If no party requests that the Tribunal proceed with the matter prior to that date, this matter will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
