DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: July 7, 2009
On April 23, 2009, the Registrar of the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) was advised that the parties were working on an agreed statement of facts that they would be providing to the Tribunal soon. To date, the Tribunal has not heard from the parties.
Accordingly, this matter is hereby adjourned sine die for a period not exceeding one year. Unless within that time any party requests that the Tribunal proceed with the matter it will be deemed terminated without further notice to the parties.
