1File No. 2118-07-PE is an application under section 24(6) of the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O 1990, c. P.7 as amended (the "Act") filed by Comfort Inn Motel. File No. 1592-07-PE is a referral to the Tribunal by the Pay Equity Office under section 24(5) of the Act. By decision dated December 14, 2007, File No. 1592-07-PE was stayed pending the outcome of File No. 2118-07-PE.

2By decision dated May 14, 2009, Comfort Inn Motel was directed to provide the Tribunal with reasons as to why its application in File No. 2118-07-PE ought not to be terminated on the basis that it had been abandoned. The decision stated that a failure to file such submissions by June 10, 2009 would result in the application being terminated.

3As of the date of this decision, no submissions have been filed by Comfort Inn Motel as directed by the Tribunal. Pay Equity File No. 2118-07-PE is hereby terminated.

4The Registrar is hereby directed to schedule Pay Equity File No. 1592-07-PE for a pre-hearing consultation.
