This matter is an application pursuant to section 24(6) of the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O 1990, c. P.7 as amended (the “Act”) that was filed with the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) on October 30, 2006.
A hearing of this matter scheduled for December 3, 2007 was adjourned at the request of the parties. There has been no activity on this file since that time.
The applicant is hereby directed to advise the Tribunal, no later than May 30, 2009, as to the status of this matter and whether it intends to pursue the application failing which this matter will be deemed terminated without further notice to the parties.
