DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: May 4, 2009
[1]. These matters are a referral to the Tribunal by the Pay Equity Office pursuant to section 24(5) of the Pay Equity Act and an application by Lolita Gardens Day Care Centre pursuant to section 24(6) of the Pay Equity Act.
[2]. A pre-hearing consultation was held in connection with these matters on October 16, 2008. Following such pre-hearing consultation, the parties were to advise the Tribunal if they wanted hearing dates to be set. The Tribunal has not heard from the parties.
[3]. These matters are hereby adjourned sine die for a period not exceeding six months. Unless within that time any party requests that the Tribunal proceed with the matters they will be deemed terminated without further notice to the parties.
