DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: May 4, 2009
[1]. This matter is an application pursuant to section 24(6) of the Pay Equity Act that was filed with the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) on May 8, 2007.
[2]. A hearing of this matter was scheduled for October 16, 2008. On that date, the parties advised the Tribunal that further hearing dates were not to be set unless the applicant advised the Tribunal by November 13, 2008 that the parties were unable to settle the matters in dispute. There has been no activity on this file since that time.
[3]. This matter is hereby adjourned sine die for a period not exceeding six months. Unless within that time any party requests that the Tribunal proceed with the matter it will be deemed terminated without further notice to the parties.
