DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL JULY 8, 2002

1The Tribunal has reviewed Hull-Thomson Limited’s Response dated June 18, 2002. It does not conform with the Tribunal’s rules, specifically, Rule 2.02 and 2.03.

2The Tribunal directs that the Respondent prepare a proper Response and file and serve it no later than July 15, 2002. Failure to comply with the Tribunal’s direction may result in the Tribunal declining to allow the Respondent to rely on facts or events not set out in its Response. Mr. DeLuzio must file and serve his Reply by July 22, 2002. Those dates are peremptory to the parties.

3The hearing scheduled for July 24, 2002 is peremptory.
