1At the request of the Applicant and the Kitchener-Waterloo Lutheran School Society (the Employer), this matter is adjourned sine die. The Tribunal has been advised the Employer has posted a pay equity plan and is engaging in discussions about its implementation.

2In accordance with the Tribunals’ Practice Note No. 1, this matter will be dismissed after the expiry of one year from the date of this decision, without further notice to the parties, unless one of them requests that the matter be scheduled for hearing within that period.
