DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL, MAY 19, 1995
1These matters were scheduled for hearing on April 26th, 1995 to deal with preliminary issues. On that date counsel advised that File No. 0514-94 had been settled although not all the terms of the settlement had been implemented.
2The hearing was scheduled to recommence on June 1, 1995. On May 16, 1995 the Tribunal was advised that the parties had reached a settlement of File No. 0513-94 and that the parties were jointly requesting an adjournment of both of these proceedings File No. 0513-94 and File No. 0514-94.
3Having regard to the agreement of the parties, these matters are adjourned on consent sine die. They will be terminated one year after the date of this decision, unless any of the parties brings them on for hearing before the expiry of that period.
