DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL, APRIL 24, 1995
1In a decision of the Tribunal dated March 21, 1995, we indicated our understanding that the outstanding issues had been resolved and anticipated that the Applicants would withdraw their applications, failing which the Tribunal would adjourn these matters.
2We adjourn these matters sine die. In accordance with the Tribunal's usual practice, these matters will be terminated one year from the date of this decision unless they are brought on for hearing before then.
