DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL, MAY 9, 1995
The parties have advised us that they have reached a written settlement of the matters in dispute in Tribunal Files 0385-92 and 0450-93. In accordance with s. 25.1 of the *Pay Equity Act*, R.S.O. 1990, c. p.7, as amended, this settlement is binding upon the parties and the employees in the bargaining unit represented by the York Region Women Teachers’ Association and Ontario Public School Teachers’ Federation, York Region District. The pay equity plan which the parties have agreed upon replaces the plan ordered by the Review Officer.
We order that the pay equity plan which the parties have agreed upon be posed in the work place forthwith.
