[1] The appellant did not perfect his appeal. He advised the Divisional Court Office in advance of today’s hearing that he would not be attending. The Court waited until 10:20 a.m. to provide him an opportunity to attend. He did not appear. The respondent landlord asked that the matter be dismissed.
