ENDORSEMENT

[1] Motion for an extension of time to appeal is unopposed. OTG extending the time to appeal to the date of filing of the Notice of Appeal, April 23, 2024.

[2] I make no comment on the merits of the appeal. There is, however, a need for TCHC to explain the apparent incongruity of its position now despite its position as submitted to the Landlord and Tenant Board.
