ENDORSEMENT
[1] This motion for leave to appeal from the decision of Justice K.A. Gorman dated March 14, 2022 is granted with respect to the following questions:
(i) whether or not the motion judge erred in ordering that the joint retainer of the accountant continue; and,
(ii) whether or not the motion judge erred in ordering the production of documents under the retainer agreement.
[2] Leave to appeal is otherwise dismissed. Costs of this leave motion are reserved to the panel hearing the appeal.
