[1] The motion for leave to appeal the order of Doi J. dated December 23, 2020 is dismissed.

[2] The Responding Parties seek costs of $31,050. Generally, the costs award in a leave application is $5,000. However, in this case, we would not award that amount to the Responding Parties, as much of their material was not responsive to the issues. Accordingly, the Moving Parties shall pay costs to the Responding Parties of $3,000.00 all in.
