DECISION ON MOTION FOR LEAVE TO APPEAL

1. The motion for leave to appeal from the order of R.A. Lococo J. (2020 ONSC 4160) is granted with costs to the successful party on the appeal in the agreed amount of $2,500, inclusive, in the discretion of the panel hearing the appeal. The parties are directed to settle an agreed schedule for exchange of appeal materials and to provide the schedule to the court within thirty days, or, if a schedule cannot be agreed, to schedule a teleconference with an administrative judge of the Divisional Court
