[1] The motion for leave to appeal the decision of Audet J. dated May 21, 2020 (unreported) is dismissed. There was no merit to this motion for leave to appeal. It was an unjustifiable waste of the parties’ resources. Costs to the respondent wife from the moving party husband payable on a substantial indemnity basis fixed at $2,250, inclusive, payable within thirty days.
