DECISION ON MOTION FOR LEAVE TO APPEAL

[1] The motion for leave to appeal the decision of Templeton J. dated February 3, 2020, reported at 2020 ONSC 971, is granted, with costs in the amount of $5,000, inclusive, in the cause of the appeal, in the discretion of the appeal panel.

[2] The parties are directed to schedule a teleconference with the Divisional Court Administrative Judge forthwith pursuant to the Notice to the Profession effective April 6, 2020.
