ENDORSEMENT ON COSTS

[1] In my Reasons delivered June 10, 2003, I set out a schedule for the delivery to me by the parties of costs submissions.

[2] By letter of June 24, 2003, Mr. Wong, for the successful Respondents, advised me that the parties had reached an agreement on costs and asked me to fix the costs accordingly. I now do so.

[3] Costs are hereby fixed in the total amount of $3,436.50 (which sum includes costs of $300 in the court below) payable by the Appellant to the Respondents.
