BETWEEN: James W. Harbor – Applicant And Nicholas Pora – Respondent
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Applicant, James W. Harbor, has indicated by a letter dated the 22nd day of July, 1992 that odour generation from Continental Mushroom Corporation have been reduced significantly in the past few months;
AND WHEREAS the said James W. Harbor has indicated that improved methods of compost production and handling have been introduced and as a result the said James W. Harbor has requested the withdrawal of his complaint.
IT IS THE ORDER of the Farm Practices Protection Board that the complaint of James W. Harbor in relation to the agricultural operation of Continental Mushroom Corporation be dismissed.
