APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT
[1] We are not persuaded that this is a proper case to grant leave to appeal.
[2] The legislation under consideration has been amended. This case would not provide guidance for future cases under the new legislation.
[3] Moreover, insofar as the previous legislation is concerned, we see nothing in the principles relied on by the Summary Conviction Appeal judge that requires further elaboration by this court.
[4] Accordingly, leave to appeal is denied.
