[1] When the charge is read fairly as a whole, we are satisfied that the trial judge adequately conveyed the position of the appellant and the evidence pertinent to it. While not fatal, we note in this regard that defence counsel raised no objection to this aspect of the charge.

[2] Accordingly, the appeal from conviction is dismissed.
