APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT
[1] We would not grant leave to appeal. The question of law relating to the s. 715.1 statement was not raised below and, in our view, has no merit.
[2] The other two grounds related to the credibility assessments. The Summary Conviction Appeal Court dealt with these arguments in some detail. They do not raise legal questions that have significance outside of the facts of this case.
[3] Leave to appeal is refused.
