APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT
[1] The appellants appeal the partial summary judgment granted by the motion judge. The motion judge carefully reviewed the record and allowed any claim to go to trial for which there was any scintilla of evidence. On the balance of the claims he concluded that there was no genuine issue for trial.
[2] We are not persuaded that there are any errors in his conclusions. His reasons fully answer the submissions of the appellants before this court. The appeal is dismissed.
[3] Costs to the respondent in the amount of $15,000 inclusive of GST and disbursements.
