APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT
[1] This was a very serious offence: an armed robbery in the victim’s home, in the course of a drug deal; a gun was involved and was fired by the appellant; and the appellant was on bail on serious similar charges and had a significant youth record.
[2] The reasons for sentence are full and complete. The appellant’s youth was acknowledged, but ultimately the aggravating factors are very significant. The treatment of pretrial custody was entirely within the trial judge’s discretion. The sentence is fit.
[3] Leave granted. Appeal dismissed.
