[1] On consent, the appeal is allowed, the sentence is varied to time served and the restitution order is vacated. The probation order will be extended to two years on the same terms save that a term shall be added prohibiting the appellant from attending at any of the locations identified in Appendix A to the restitution order (pp. 26 to 28 of the appeal book), a copy of which is attached to this endorsement.
