[1] Like the summary conviction appeal judge, we found the reasons of the trial judge to be exemplary. Her finding that the police provided the appellant with a reasonable opportunity to exercise his right to counsel of choice was fully supported by the evidence and reveals no error of law.
[2] The appeal is therefore dismissed.
