[1] In lengthy and comprehensive reasons the trial judge carefully reviewed the evidence and concluded that there was no employment relationship between the appellant and the respondent and dismissed the appellant’s action for damages for breach of contract and wrongful dismissal from employment. We have not been provided with any grounds on which we can interfere with the reasons of the trial judge or the result that he reached, with which we agree. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed with costs fixed at $4,000 inclusive of disbursements and GST.
