[1] Notwithstanding Mr. Bosada's thorough argument, we are not persuaded that MacPhee J. made any error in respect of any of the submissions made by Mr. Bosada either in respect of the appellant's conviction, designation or sentence. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
