ADDENDUM ON COSTS
WEILER J.A.:
[1] The Court released reasons in this matter on October 19, 2002, and requested submissions in writing on costs. Having regard to the submissions which have now been received, I am of the opinion that costs of the motions before the motions judge should be fixed in the amount of $6,000 for both motions all inclusive, and that costs of both appeals should be fixed at $6,500 all inclusive, both sets of costs payable to the appellants forthwith.
