COSTS E N D O R S E M E N T

[1] Following review of the submissions of the parties with respect to costs, the following is ordered:

• Costs to Equifax Inc.: $5,856.53 as agreed by the parties.

• Costs to Trans Union LLC: $500. No separate submissions were made either orally or in the factums.

• Costs to Haskett: $20,000 inclusive of fees and disbursements, plus GST. No amount is awarded in respect of Mr. Vale, whose primary role was as instructing counsel; compensation is based on one lead and one junior counsel. A reduction is also made to reflect an amount attributable to the unsuccessful appeal regarding the two U.S. companies and for the unsatisfactory nature of the Statement of Claim, which must be revised.
