[1] Taking into account the decision relating to punitive damages and the fact that no decision was rendered on the motion for security for costs, I make the following order as to costs:

i) the respondents are awarded $4500 inclusive of disbursements and G.S.T. as costs of the motion; and

ii) there will be no order as to costs of the cross-motion.
