[1] We have considered the costs submissions filed on behalf of the respondent/ requester and those filed in response on behalf of the appellant, Attorney General for Ontario. There is little significant difference between the amounts that these parties submit to be appropriate but, on balance, we prefer the appellant’s response and, accordingly, fix the costs at $9,500 inclusive of disbursements and G.S.T.
