[1] By the Court: We can see no reason to interfere with the very full reasons of the trial judge. The appeal is dismissed with costs to be assessed.

[2] There is $15,000 paid with into court as security for costs of the appeal. This sum is to be paid out with accumulated interest to the solicitor for the respondent and [illegible] to the costs of the appeal and on the trial.
