[1] This is a claim for damages for alleged wrongful dismissial. It is a fact driven case and the trial judge made a thorough analysis of the evidence and clear findings of fact. We are unable to find any significant error in those findings or in the trial judge's application of the law to them. The appeal is therefore dismissed with costs.
