E N D O R S E M E N T

[1] It is ordered that the judgment herein be stayed pending the hearing of the appeal on the following conditions:

1. The appeal is to be perfected by December 15, 2000.

2. The appeal is to be expedited and heard before the end of January 2001.

3. The appellant is entitled to unsupervised access for one week a month in the Greater Toronto Area.

4. The amount of $17,000 is to be released to the respondent wife from the joint securities deposited in RBC Dominion Securities referred to in the reasons of Seppi J.

5. The costs of this application are reserved to the panel deciding the appeal.
