UPON APPEAL having brought by Eden Oak (Bayfield) Inc. regarding more than 120 days have passed since the Town of Halton Hills deemed the Applications complete on December 17, 2024. As a result of this delay, a Notice of Appeal was filed on May 14, 2025, due to the Town’s failure to make a decision on the Applications in accordance with subsections 22(7), 34(11), and 51(34) of the Planning Act.
AND THE TRIBUNAL marked as Exhibit 1 the Affidavit of Service attesting to proper Notice having been given for this Case Management Conference (“CMC”) proceeded to conduct a CMC on Friday, October 24, 2025 held by videoconference;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, on consent of the Parties, granted
