UPON APPEALS having brought by Lake Shore West Co-Ownership regarding the failure of the City of Toronto (“City”) to make a decision regarding applications to amend the City of Toronto Official Plan and to amend City of Toronto Zoning By-law No. 569-2013.
AND THE TRIBUNAL having scheduled this second CMC to receive updates from the Parties. The Tribunal heard that the City will not be calling any witnesses and a request to release five days from the previously scheduled 10 days hearing event that is commencing on May 25, 2026 was presented.
AND THE TRIBUNAL confirmed a Merit hearing to commence on May 25, 2026 by videoconference, five days has been set aside.
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the Procedural Order attached hereto as Attachment 2 is in full force and effect.
